§3. Right of withdrawal (cancellation right)

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you enter into the agreement.

If you have started using your membership or class pass, it cannot be refunded.

If the service has been fully delivered within 14 days, the right of withdrawal lapses.

§4. Memberships (subscriptions)

The subscription is personal and is charged automatically on the 1st day of each month.

§5. Class passes

Class passes can be purchased online or at the studio and are activated immediately after payment.

One class equals one training session/service (as stated at the time of purchase).

Class passes are personal and cannot be transferred.

Class passes are valid for 180 days from the purchase date unless otherwise stated.

Unused classes are not refunded after the expiry date.

§6. No-show and late cancellation

Cancellation must be made no later than 12 hours before the class starts via the website.

For late cancellation, a fee of DKK 50 is charged for members with a monthly subscription, and your class will be refunded.

For late cancellation, you lose your class if you are using a class pass.

In case of no-show, you lose one class, regardless of whether you have a monthly subscription or a class pass.

The fee is charged automatically to the registered payment card on the next payment date.

§7. Waiting list policy

In Flow Motion operates a fully automated waiting list through the booking system.

When a class is fully booked, members with a valid membership or class pass may join the waiting list. Your position on the waiting list will be visible in the booking system.

Before the 12-Hour Cancellation Deadline

Until 12 hours before class start, the waiting list is binding.

If a spot becomes available more than 12 hours before class start, the member in position #1 on the waiting list will automatically be moved into the class and notified by email.

Once moved into the class, the booking is considered confirmed and the Studio’s standard cancellation and no-show policy applies.

It is the member’s responsibility to:

  • Monitor their booking status, and
  • Ensure contact information is correct.

Failure to read or receive an email notification does not exempt the member from applicable cancellation or no-show fees.

At the 12-Hour Deadline

At 12 hours before class start, the waiting list is cleared.

If a spot becomes available after this deadline:

  • All members currently on the waiting list will be notified by email.
  • The spot will be released on a first come, first served basis.
  • Standard late cancellation and no-show rules apply to any booking made after this time.

In Flow Motion cannot guarantee delivery timing of email or SMS notifications. Members are always responsible for checking their booking status.

§7. Late or failed payment

If payment is not made on time, a reminder may be sent and a reminder fee charged.

In case of late payment, a reminder fee may be charged (maximum DKK 100 per reminder, up to 3 times) as well as interest in accordance with Danish law.

§8. Liability

All training and stays at In Flow Motion are at the member’s own risk.

The member is responsible for being in a physical and mental condition that allows participation in training.

In Flow Motion cannot be held liable for injuries, accidents, or health issues resulting from training, use of equipment, or the actions of other members, except where liability follows mandatory Danish law.

§9. Personal data

We protect your information in accordance with the GDPR.
