Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

How do I book my first class?

You can book your first class directly via our homepage. If it’s your first time on a reformer, we recommend starting with one of our INTRO classes from the schedule.

Do you offer beginner classes?

Yes! We offer beginner-friendly and intro classes that are perfect if you’re new to Reformer Pilates or want a calm, guided start. You can find them on the schedule. Or have a look at our different class types. We recommend Foundations or one of our Flow classes.

Do you have changing rooms?

Our studio has a private small changing room, as well as a bathroom available for changing.

What is your class cancellation policy?

Bookings have to be cancelled at least 12 hours before class starts by using our booking system. Late cancellations or no-shows result in a FEE and/or loss of a class credit.

How much is the late-cancellation fee for a class?

If you are on a recurring membership, cancelling bookings after the deadline of 12 h before class incurs a charge of DKK 50. Your class credit will be refunded and your spot released to those on the waitlist. Late cancellations using class passes will result in a loss of a class credit.

Do I get charged for not showing up?

Not showing up for a booked class leads to a loss of your class credit if you have a membership or using a class pass. Please cancel your booking if you can’t make it, so someone on the waitlist can take your spot.

Do you offer memberships and class packages?

Yes! We offer many different ways of signing up. Please have a look at our prices page.

Do you offer private sessions?

Where can I leave my belongings?

How much does a trial class cost?

A trial class costs DKK 99. The trial offer can only be booked once per client. After your trial class, our regular rates apply. This does not sign you up for a membership, it’s simply a great way to try a class and see if we’re a good fit.

Do you have classes in English?

Yes! Our classes are taught in English. This is to ensure that everyone can follow along. Most of our instructors speak more than 2 languages, so don’t hesitate to ask, it might be that you share the same mother tongue!

How long are classes?

Our regular classes are 55 min long. There is usually 20 min in between classes so that you can leave and arrive without having to rush.

What should I wear?

Wear comfortable, form-fitting activewear and non-slip socks (required for safety and hygiene). Bring water if you like. Arrive 5–10 minutes early, especially for your first visit.

How does check-in work?

You must check in no later than 5 minutes before class starts in person at the reception desk. If the class is full, your spot may be given to someone on the waiting list.

How does the waiting list work?

Our waitlist is fully automated through our booking system.

When a class is full, you can join the waitlist (as long as you have a valid membership/class pass for that class). You’ll see your position on the waitlist.

Our cancellation deadline is 12 hours before class. Until that deadline, a waitlist spot is binding. Which means, if a spot opens up more than 12 h before class, the person in position #1 on the waitlist is automatically moved into the class and notified by email.

At the 12-hour deadline, the waitlist is cleared and you can sign up for the waitlist again. If a spot opens up now, everyone on the waitlist gets an email, and the spot is available on a first come, first served basis.

Do you have showers?

We unfortunately do not have shower facilities, but of course a toilet and space to change.

Can I leave early?

We ask everyone to stay until the class ends to avoid disruption and for safety reasons. If you feel unwell during class, it’s of course completely fine to leave early. Please let the instructor know right away so we can help you safely.

Can I pause, change, or cancel my membership?

Yes, please contact us to request a membership pause, change, or cancellation. Memberships can be paused for 1–3 months for a fee of DKK 50 per month. Memberships cannot be cancelled while paused.

What is your membership cancellation policy?

Memberships can be cancelled by contacting us. The notice period is the current month plus one full month. For example, if you cancel on 14 September, your membership will end on 31 October.

Do you have a waiting area?

We unfortunately do no have a waiting area and the studio can therefore first be entered 10-12 min before class.
