We offer company Reformer Pilates classes for teams who want a reset that feels good, supportive and genuinely connecting. Our studio is an airy, calm space at Møntmestervej 27 in 2400 Copenhagen, created with presence and community in mind.
Whether you are looking for a regular weekly class or a one-off session, we’ll meet your team where they are. Classes are suitable for all levels and every body and taught with clear guidance so everyone feels included and well looked after.
What to expect
Our company classes are designed to feel grounding and energising without being intimidating. You can arrive, move with focus and leave feeling lighter, more connected and ready for the rest of your day.
A lunch break class is a great option and we can also explore other times depending on your schedule.

We also offer workshops and events for company wellbeing days or special occasions. Pricing may vary depending on format, group size and duration.
