Reformer Intro
Beginner | Guided | Basics
Reformer Intro is designed for complete beginners who have never tried the reformer before. In this class, we take the time to properly introduce you to the machine, its settings and the basic exercises, so you feel safe and confident from the start.
The pace is slow and supportive, with plenty of room to ask questions and get familiar with how the reformer works. This is the perfect first step before joining our regular classes.

Reformer Foundations
Foundational | All levels
This all-levels class focuses on smooth, continuous movement, building strength, mobility and control through thoughtful sequencing.
Expect balanced, full-body work that emphasizes quality of movement and flow, adaptable for beginners while still offering depth for more experienced clients.
This class forms the base from which all other reformer classes build.
Reformer Flow Morning
Gentle | Feel-good | Dynamic
Reformer Flow Morning offers a soft start to the day. Based on the same principles as Reformer Foundations, this class places greater emphasis on gentle, feel-good movement, dynamic stretches and flowing transitions to wake up the body. Expect a calm but energizing flow that helps you feel open, mobile and ready for the day ahead.
Ideal if you’re looking to move with intention rather than intensity in the morning.

Reformer Flow Evening
Gentle | Unwinding | Restorative
Reformer Flow Evening classes are adapted for the end of the day. With an increased focus on gentle movement, dynamic stretching and releasing tension, this class helps you unwind while still moving through a nourishing, full-body flow.
Perfect for transitioning from a busy day into a calmer evening.
Reformer Progressions
Advanced | Creative
Reformer Progressions is designed for experienced clients ready to deepen their practice. This class explores more complex exercises, advanced transitions and progressive layering to challenge strength, control and coordination. While still grounded in flow and quality of movement, the pace and complexity are increased.
Prior reformer experience is recommended.

Reformer Plus
Strength | Cardio | Conditioning
Reformer Plus builds on the foundation of Reformer Flow by adding cardio and strength elements. Classes may include the jumpboard, HIIT-style exercises on the floor and the use of dumbbells, combining the best of reformer training with cardiovascular and strength conditioning. Expect an energizing, athletic class that challenges endurance, power and coordination, while maintaining flowing movements. Recommended for clients looking for a higher-intensity workout, with prior reformer experience.
Reformer X Barre
High energy | Full body | Legs & glutes focus
Reformer X Barre combines the full-body training effect of the Pilates reformer with the dynamic, dance-inspired movements of barre. This high-energy class fuses strength, control and flow into a fun, motivating workout that strengthens your entire body, with a special focus on legs and glutes.
You’ll move through a comprehensive reformer workout while integrating barre-inspired exercises, performed either standing or on all fours. Instead of a traditional ballet barre, we use the reformer jumpboard or the box for standing work, adding an extra challenge that builds balance, strength and endurance.
To keep things varied and effective, we also incorporate props such as the Pilates ball, light weights, and/or elastic bands to intensify and diversify your training.
